About the role:
The organization is a leader in sustainable mobility solutions, leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. India's largest electric vehicle fleet operator, providing zero-emission employee transportation solutions to over 30 corporate clients across multiple cities.​ They are looking for a Senior Manager - Business Intelligence and Analytics with a strong background in Operational Analytics to lead data-driven strategies, enhance business intelligence frameworks, and drive impactful decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze large volumes of real-time operational data to derive meaningful insights for business decision-making.
2. Build data models to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, utilization, and fill rates. Prepare targets based on scheduling, demand, and forecast analysis at the unit level with micro-level details.
3. Provide day-level analysis of various KPIs at city and client levels, trackingplan vs. actual performance daily, identifying variance root causes, and offering recommendations.
4. Develop quick dashboards based on ad hoc requirements using Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau
5. Prepare monthly operating plans in collaboration with city heads.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through data-driven insights.
7. Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and corporate decks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in Operational Analytics within logistics or a related industry.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, data modeling, and real-time data
analysis.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Macros, VBA, Power BI, and Tableau with hands-on experience.

• Ability to process and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Experience in AOP planning and business forecasting.
• Understand the day-to-day business problem, analyze the problem/issues through data. Get hands dirty get into the detail and come up with the detailed analysis and variance
• Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
